Smart home systems become standard across our units

All new units now ship with smart lighting, climate and security controls at no extra cost.

The package includes a central control panel and a mobile app for remote management, plus water-leak sensors and networked smoke detectors. The move is part of a plan to raise energy efficiency across the company’s projects.
